Are MBBS doctors with permanent registration in one state medical council allowed to practice in other states? If not, then what is the procedure?

Clearly NO .you are not allowed to practice in other state with state medical council certificate .

You have to take that state medical council registration

Its easy to get here is the example i am giving

Suppose i am applying for Maharashtra medical council from delhi medical council

  1. Go to MMC site fill the form

After submission of the application You will get the message

well as you will get the e-mail from MMC that your application is submitted

successfully.

Once the application had been submitted MMC will send the email to

your parent council for the confirmation of your registration.

Once confirmation came from your parent council MMC will send you

an e-mail.

Then after you have to take appointment (within 7 working days ) for

hard copy document submission with submitted application form (you can

take submitted application form print from your login.) in MMC.

http://2.No objection certificate you have to take from your council

N.O.C. in original for other state candidate valid for three month from

the date of issue is mandatory at the time of document verification

Once the documents are submitted, it is verified by MMC. If Application

verification is done successfully then you will again get the e-mail for how

much amount will be pay for you .Then after you can pay online. Once the

payment is done then MMC verified your payment status and then will

generate new registration number and send your registration certificate.

This is the easiest i can explain hope you get it.

Thank you

Thank you

No,with one state permanent registration certificate you cant practice in other state.

The steps are very simple:

1.Apply for NOC (No Objection Certificate) from previous medical council where you were registered. From Delhi it can be done online .In Odisha and Jharkhand you have to apply it offline.

2.The charge of NOC varies from state to state.

3.Then with NOC and other relevant documents visit the other state office in which you are willing to be registered.

4.Wait for few days .You will be registered in that state.

5.Its simple.

If you’re already registered in one council you have to inform the same. Alternately, you can take registration from MCI, Delhi by which you can practice anywhere in India
